Here we show a New Addition for one of your Baton Rouge Neighbors. The objective was to expand the home with a new bedroom and bathroom as shown below. Walking into the addition features 2 1/4″ oak wood floors with a natural finish.
Now we step back outside starting with the gable wall of the home addition that was accented with a vent for proper air flow through the attic space. The second of the next pictures shows the home addition finished with cement siding and 12 white-lite windows. And the third picture has a new 2 ton AC system installed to properly cool and heat the new home addition.
All of the materials on this home addition were installed to match the existing home.
